Payment Methods

1. Online with credit card

This is the most simple and fastest payment method. Once you have pressed the ‘continue’ button the computer will guide you through a form that you will fill out and send online.

• Choosing online payment – once you have chosen your payment method and sent the authorisation you authorise us to debit the total amount. We will debit the total amount immediately if you have chosen to pay in a single transaction. Alternatively, if you have chosen to pay a deposit and then the balance 30 days before departure we will debit your credit card accordingly.
• Your credit card will be debited with the amount of Croatian kunas or Euros corresponding to the exchange rate of Nava bank on the day the credit card is debited.

2. Offline with credit card

Those who prefer this payment method should press the ‘continue’ button and an authorization form will appear.

Note:

• You should fax us the completed form authorizing us either to debit the total amount in a single transaction or you can opt to pay a deposit followed by payment of the balance 30 days before departure.
• Your credit card will be debited with the amount of Croatian kunas or Euros corresponding to the exchange rate of Nava bank on the day the credit card is debited.

3. Payment by bank transfer

After accepting the reservation, you should press the ‘continue’ button and we will send you appropriate instructions depending on whether you wish to draw on a Croatian bank account or an international bank account.

4. Cash payment in Croatia

Croatian guests can pay for their reservation in cash, by payment slip or by bank transfer.
